Whitney Blair Cottages Collection Release - Spring 2010
We are very excited to be able to share with you news of our cottages that are currently under construction in Turtlewood at Southport! In listening to our homeowners and prospective clients, we have designed a collection of cottages with a coastal feel contained within a single story and with a smaller square footage. When completed these cottages will have that recognizable "Whitney Blair Flair" but in a smaller footprint, which appeals to many of our clients that are retiring to this area and desiring a home of a more manageable size...and price. These homes are also great first homes for young couples just starting out. Our cottages are typically under 2,000 sq. ft., complete with an open family room, kitchen with separate dining room, three bedrooms, two baths, recessed garage, grilling deck and covered front porch. Our first offerings will be available in the Spring, so be sure to stop by Turtlewood and see the excitement "building"!
